2. AGES - To qualify at Chelsea Village you need to be between the ages of 55 to 75 & in good health (Buyers over 75 may be considered on the individuals health & merit). Once accepted, you are in for life (No medical required) (REGRET - No frail care). But assisted living is permitted when and if the time comes.
3. MEALS - Each owner OR occupier will need to take a minimum of 15 meals a month from the communal dining hall / in house kitchen. The cost being R900 per person for the (15) meals.
