Virginia Waters Venue Estate is located approximately 10 km outside of Randfontein on the A41 at a location called Witfontein. The estate has been owned by the current owner for the last 17 years and is reluctantly being sold due to a bereavement in the family, therefore management circumstances have been difficult. Gardens and Swimming Pool: The thatched cottages and manor house is located around a beautiful lawn and has within a few meters the games room, duck pond, thatched Lapa, a stunning large pepper-corn tree (Considered to be over 100 years old and makes a perfect back-drop for weddings and parties), flower gardens, office, library/prayer room and garage to accommodate up to 5 cars. (A car park area within the garden walls can accommodate up to 10 cars. However, outside the garden walls, but still in the perimeter fence, is a camping and parking area which can accommodate up to 100 cars)

. Grounds and Fields: Approximately two-thirds of Virginia Waters Venue Estate has been left as an environment haven for wildlife, fora and flora. However, it is very reasonable to make use of these grounds and fields for commercial gain.


Security: The estate is fully fenced. Virginia Waters Venue Estate has been designed with maximum security in mind, however, crime is very low as the main gravel road only serves the other homesteads and commercial establishments.
CCTV and Solar/Main Lights: There are two sets of CCTV at Virginia Waters Venue Estate. Both sets are 4 camera continuous recording systems with viewing monitors equipped with night vision facilities. Solar and main lights are located around Virginia Waters Venue Estate for maximum trigger lighting and area lighting.
