This unfinished house in located in Shayandima. It is in walking distance to Shayandima shopping center and the Punda Maria road which leads to Thohoyandou CBD. There are schools in the area. This house has a space for a triple garage, 4 bedrooms, sitting room, dining room, kitchen and bath and toilet space. It needs to be completed but much of the hard work has been done.
